Returns shall only be accepted within 8 working days if the product is received undamaged (in the original packaging). The cost of returning the product shall be for the account of the purchaser. Please do not send your order back to us before contacting us at sales@iamtomyk.com and receiving an approval notification. After giving approval, we will transfer the amount to your bank account within 30 days. If you decide to return the articles, the shipping costs incurred for returning these articles will be borne by you. If you exchange the article for one that differs in color or size, shipping costs will be charged again and will be borne by you.

If you receive a wrong article, an article containing a defect or an incorrectly delivered order, you must return the article or the order in an unused state to
